Exchanges & Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Requested by Customers

Physical goods:

• Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if you contact us in advance.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges after opening.

Accommodation services:
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the season, rate type, and timing of cancellation. Please carefully review the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. By completing the reservation, you agree to those terms.

Digital vouchers:
Before voucher issuance (before email delivery): Orders may be canceled and fully refunded.
After voucher issuance: Voucher purchases are non-refundable.

• Vouchers may be used for any dates that are publicly available for booking on our official website. If a room is available for standard paid reservation, it may also be reserved using a valid voucher.
• Vouchers are subject to room availability.
• In the event that the hotel is temporarily closed (e.g., maintenance, private events, seasonal closure, or other operational reasons), vouchers cannot be used during those periods.
• Vouchers are valid only within the validity period stated on the product page.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers must be used in accordance with the conditions stated on the product page (e.g., consecutive nights where applicable).
• Vouchers are considered delivered once sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Reservations using vouchers must follow the same booking procedures as standard reservations.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective Goods
